Reviews for this firearm:

It is a 1971 stainless steel mint condition S & W with original box. I prefer it for protection though I keep it safely stored & locked out of the reach of anyone.

Pros:
It is a 1971 stainless steel mint condition S & W with original box. I prefer it for protection though I keep it safely stored & locked out of the reach of anyone.

Cons:
I have not been using it even for target practice, though I did for a little while the year I got it. I hope I can still aim it pretty straight & true. I do not deer hunt otherwise I might use it for that.

Overall Review:
It is a mint condition original 4 inch barrel stainless steel 1970 - 1977 model and a registered smith and Wesson. I think they are a great U S gun manufacturer with a grand history. As every one who knows this gun is powerful and accurate, and does the job every law enforcement officer appreciates. Let it be known I am delighted to have friends who service as Peace Officers, one of whom I purchased this gun from, effectively performing their jobs for at least 30 years without having to kill anyone. They were trained and ready but knew it was a last resort, grateful that they did not have to shoot anyone. They apprehended and handcuffed many over the years and almost had to shoot on rare occasion!

I have a type 99 arisaka Japanese sniper rifle, can anyone tell me what it's worth? And yes all imprints are visible and intacked. My gunsmith told me not to shoot it, but could not give me a estimate.
